If you see something on Exprely that you believe violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Teacher Policies, you should report it to us.

If the inappropriate comment took place on an Exprely Answers, Notebook, or Discussions, please take the following steps to report the comment.
1. View and click "Report".
2. After clicking "Report" a "Report this user" window will pop-up. Fill out the Report this user form and click "Submit".
If the comment took place in an inbox message or on another system (like Whatsapp), please take a screenshot and copy the text from the comment, and send it to support@exprely.com. The support team at Exprely will review the comment and take action.
Avoiding Scams
On Exprely you will have the opportunity to become friends with people from all over the world. Please remember to use your own best judgment when giving information to people you don't know. For your own personal and financial safety we recommend never sharing information that should be kept confidential, such as your physical address and your bank account information.
You should never send any money to someone you have met on the internet. All transactions on Exprely should be made in Exprely Credits from student to teacher, or between friends in Gift Cards of a reasonable amount.
