"Exprely Credits" is the virtual currency purchased from Exprely, which can be used solely on the Exprely Platform to purchase Teacher Services.

Exprely Credits Refund Policy

Authorized payments are final. No cash refunds will be given for purchased Exprely Credits.

• If your lesson request is canceled by you, declined by a teacher, or expires (not confirmed by the Teacher in time), you will receive a 100% refund to your Exprely  Student Wallet.
• If your lesson is canceled 24 hours prior to the lesson time, the lesson credits will be transferred to your Exprely  Student Wallet.
• If your lesson is canceled by reporting a lesson problem after lesson time, and the agreement has been reached, the lesson credits will be transferred to your Exprely  Student Wallet.

Exprely Credits Expiration Policy 

Your Exprely Credits will not expire as long as you are an active member of Exprely.

If your Exprely account has been inactive and has no login record for more than twelve (12) months, the Exprely Credits will expire.
